The ShopQuotes page lists every quote with its customer, status, total and activity. The cards above it show how many live quotes you have against your plan's limit, their value, how many converted, your conversion rate and emails sent.
Find a quote
Search: type a quote number, customer name or email. Press F to jump to search and filters.
Views: the tabs All, Merged, Live, Completed, Deactivated and Expired are built in. Apply filters, then click + to save them as your own view. A saved view can be renamed, duplicated or deleted from its tab.
Sort: by draft order, quote value, expiration date or creation date.
Filters
Draft order value | Quotes with a total inside a price range. |
Tags | Quotes whose draft order carries the tag. |
Activity status | No activity, Quote viewed or Checkout link clicked. |
Creation date | When the quote was created. |
Last activity date | When the customer last did something with it. |
Completion date | When the customer checked out. Shown on the All and Completed views. |
Read the activity
The Activity column counts what the customer has done. Hover it for the latest events, or click it for the full timeline. Events include Quote viewed, QR code scanned, Checkout link clicked, Email sent, Checkout completed and every activation, deactivation and duplicate by your team.
Actions on one quote
Each row has an edit menu and a share menu.
Edit: opens the quote. Not available once it's completed.
Activate: brings an expired or deactivated quote back to live with a fresh expiry from your default setting. Needs a free slot under your live quote limit.
Deactivate: takes a live quote offline and frees the slot. The link stops working until you activate it again.
Delete: removes the quote. The draft order stays in Shopify.

Click the expiry date on a live quote to change it in place.
Actions on several quotes
Tick the boxes, then use the bar that appears.
Export CSV: downloads the selected quotes, or every quote matching the current filters when all are selected.
Merge: combines the selected quotes into one. See Merged ShopQuotes.
Duplicate: with one quote selected, creates a copy of it.
Activate, Deactivate, Delete: same as for one quote. Completed quotes are skipped.
Note: When the Live ShopQuotes card reaches your limit, Create ShopQuote and Activate are off until you deactivate a quote or upgrade.
