Open a quote and click Share. The same three options sit in the share menu on every row of the ShopQuotes list.

Click Preview to open the quote page as the customer will see it. Check the template, the totals and the expiry before you send. A preview is not logged as a customer view, so it never touches the quote's activity or your conversion numbers. Opening the shared link yourself does.

Copies the quote page URL. Paste it into a chat, a WhatsApp message or your own email. If the quote is protected, send the PIN separately.

Check To email. It's filled from the customer.

Choose the From email and the email Template.

Add Cc or Bcc addresses if you need them.

Type a Message if you want one. The preview below updates as you type.

5. Type a Message if you want one. The preview below updates as you type.
6. Click Send email.

Emails go out from your own address, so a connected sender is required. If none is connected yet, the dialog offers Add a sender and takes you to Email notifications. Each send is logged as Email sent in the quote's activity.

Click Download PDF, pick a PDF template and click Download. Your default template is preselected. The file name comes from the template's settings.

Note: Email and PDF are available while the quote is live. Copy link works until the quote is completed.
