The Template library holds ready made quote and PDF templates. Using one gives you your own copy under Saved templates, ready to customize.
Browse the library
Click Template library in the ShopQuotes menu.
Open the Quote templates or PDF templates tab.
Click Preview on a card to see the template at full size.
Click Use template, on the card or inside the preview.
The copy appears under Saved templates with the same name. Use the same template twice and the second copy gets a number added to its name.
Quote templates
Four designs for the quote page. Every one is free, and every one can be recolored and rearranged in the editor.

PDF templates
Four designs for the downloaded document.
Minimal | A clean layout focused on the essentials. |
Editorial | A polished, structured layout with strong typography and a refined visual hierarchy. |
Outline | A crisp layout that uses borders and sections to separate key information. |
Paper | A warm, familiar layout inspired by traditional printed documents, with an about section and support details at the foot. |
Your saved templates
The Saved templates tab lists your quote templates and PDF templates separately. Each row shows the name, when it was last saved, and a Default badge on the template new quotes use.
Customize: opens the template in the editor.
Set as default: makes this template the one new quotes or PDF downloads use. One default per channel.
Duplicate: creates a copy so you can try changes without touching the original.
Delete: removes the template. This can't be undone.
The first template you use for a channel becomes the default on its own, so a new store always has one.
Note: A template that quotes still use can't be deleted. You'll see This template can't be deleted because 3 quotes are using it. Switch those quotes to another template first.
Legacy templates
A row with a Legacy badge is a PDF style carried over from the previous editor. It still works for downloads, but it can't be opened or duplicated here. Use a template from the PDF templates tab to replace it.
