Conditions are optional checks between the trigger and the actions. If they are not met, the run stops and nothing happens. Add them in the builder with Add condition.
How condition blocks work
A Condition block holds one or more checks. Set Match to All so every check must pass, or Any so one is enough.
A block gates everything below it. Put one at the top to decide whether the automation runs at all, or between two action blocks to gate only the later actions.
Conditions read the object in scope at that point. On a quote request trigger, once a Create the ShopQuote action has run, later conditions read the new ShopQuote.
If the data a condition needs is missing, the condition counts as not met. Automations never guess.

Fields for a quote request
Available on the trigger A customer requests a quote.
Request total | Greater than, less than or equals an amount. Pick the currency to compare in. |
