These settings decide where the Request a Quote button appears and what customers see on those products. Find them under Quote Requests > Settings. Product selection has its own tab. Price visibility and Button visibility are on the Widgets tab.
Product selection
Choose which products show the Request a Quote button. If you use your own button instead, the same rule decides which cart items can be quoted.
All products | Every product page gets the button. |
Specific collections | Only products in the collections you pick. Search and select them below the option. |
Specific products | Only the products you pick. |
Save from the save bar. The change is live on your store straight away.
Tip: To keep one product out without changing the rule, tag it sq-excluded in Shopify. It keeps its normal buttons and gets no quote button.
Price visibility
Controls whether prices show on product pages.
Show prices | Prices show as normal. |
Hide all prices | Prices are hidden on every product page, and inside the quote popup too. |
Hide prices for quote products | Prices are hidden only on products that can be quoted, as set in Product selection. |
Hide prices for specific products | Prices are hidden on the products you pick, whether or not they can be quoted. |
Note: Prices are hidden by styling the product page, and themes differ. After saving, open a product page and check. If a price still shows, send us the page link and we will add your theme.
Button visibility
Two checkboxes, applied to products that can be quoted.
Hide "Add to cart" button | Customers cannot add quote products to the cart. |
Hide "Buy now" button | Customers cannot buy quote products straight away. |
Tick both and requesting a quote is the only way to order those products.
