How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from the application dashboard. Once canceled, your recurring subscription charges will stop, and access to the application's B2B features will be disabled.

Before You Cancel

Please note the following before proceeding with cancellation:

  • Future subscription charges will not be debited after cancellation.

  • Access to all B2B features will be disabled.

  • You will no longer be able to access:

    • Orders

    • Applications

    • Catalogs

    • Customer Groups

  • Any configurations and settings managed through the application will no longer be accessible unless the subscription is reactivated.

Important: Make sure to review or export any information you may need before canceling your subscription.


Step 1: Navigate to Billing Settings

Go to Settings and click Billing.


Step 2: Open Manage Subscription

On the Billing page, click Manage Subscription.


Step 3: Cancel Your Subscription

Click Cancel Subscription and confirm the cancellation when prompted.


What Happens After Cancellation?

After your subscription is canceled:

  • Recurring subscription charges will stop.

  • You will lose access to all B2B features.

  • Orders, Applications, Catalogs, and Customer Groups will no longer be accessible.

  • The application functionality will be disabled until the subscription is reactivated.
