NetWise offers two subscription plans designed to fit different stages of your wholesale business:

  • Launch Plan — Free

  • Growth Plan — $24.95/month

Every newly installed store starts on the Launch Plan and can upgrade to the Growth Plan at any time. In addition, every new store receives a one-time 30-day free trial of the Growth Plan, giving you full access to all advanced features from day one.

Table of Contents

Q1. Which subscription plan do I start with?

Every newly installed NetWise store starts on the Launch Plan.

Immediately after installation, your store also receives a one-time 30-day free trial of the Growth Plan. During the trial, all Growth Plan features are fully available — there are no feature restrictions while your trial is active.

This means you can explore everything NetWise has to offer before deciding whether the Growth Plan is right for your business.

Important: The free trial is available only once per Shopify store.

Q2. What is the Launch Plan?

The Launch Plan is NetWise's free plan, designed for merchants who are just getting started with wholesale selling.

It includes the core B2B functionality you need to begin selling wholesale, while some advanced features and usage limits apply.

The Launch Plan includes:

  • Unlimited Price Lists

  • Unlimited B2B Orders

  • Unlimited Customer Access

  • Manual Orders — limited to 5 per month

  • Quick Orders — limited to 5 lifetime

  • Product-level custom pricing only

Advanced capabilities — such as variant-level pricing, volume pricing, and CSV import/export — require upgrading to the Growth Plan.

💡 Tip: The Launch Plan is a great way to test your wholesale workflow before committing to a paid subscription.

Q3. What is the Growth Plan?

The Growth Plan costs $24.95/month and is designed for growing wholesale businesses that need more power and flexibility.

Upgrading removes all Launch Plan limitations and unlocks advanced wholesale capabilities, including:

  • Unlimited Manual Orders

  • Unlimited Quick Orders

  • Variant-level pricing

  • Volume Pricing

  • Quantity Breaks

  • CSV Import & Export

  • Advanced Shipping Discount Rules

  • Net Payment Terms

  • Integrations

  • Custom Email Domain

  • Remove NetWise Branding

  • Priority Support

If your wholesale operation is scaling — more orders, more buyers, more complex pricing — the Growth Plan gives you the full NetWise toolkit.

Q4. How does the 30-day free trial work?

Here's how the free trial works:

  • The free trial starts immediately after you install NetWise.

  • Every feature available in the Growth Plan is unlocked during the trial.

  • No features are restricted while the trial is active.

  • The trial lasts for 30 days.

  • The trial is available only once per Shopify store.

💡 Tip: Use the trial period to explore all Growth features before your subscription begins.

📝 Note: All subscription billing is securely managed by Shopify. NetWise never handles your payment details directly.

Q6. When will I be charged?

  • No charges are applied during the first 30 days (your free trial period).

  • After the trial ends, Shopify automatically begins charging $24.95/month for the Growth Plan.

  • Billing is handled entirely through Shopify Billing.

  • You can view and manage your subscription at any time from Shopify's billing page in your Shopify admin.

📝 Note: Your subscription charge will appear on your regular Shopify invoice.

Q7. Can I downgrade my subscription?

Yes. You can downgrade from the Growth Plan to the Launch Plan at any time.

After downgrading:

  • Growth Plan features are removed immediately.

  • Launch Plan usage limits apply immediately.

  • Any Growth-only functionality becomes unavailable until you upgrade again.

Important: Before downgrading, review the Launch Plan limitations — such as the 5 Manual Orders per month and 5 lifetime Quick Orders limits — to make sure your workflow won't be interrupted.

Q8. What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your Growth subscription:

  • Your store automatically moves back to the Launch Plan.

  • Growth-only features become unavailable immediately.

  • Launch Plan usage limits apply right away.

  • Your existing data remains available whenever possible, but any Growth-only functionality cannot be used until you upgrade again.

📝 Note: Canceling your subscription does not delete your price lists, customers, or order history — it only changes which features you can actively use.
